On Thursday Ephraim took the kids backpacking to Lena Lake. This was the kids first experience hiking in and camping. It was about a 3 1/2 mile hike. They had a fun time. They caught fish, found a frog, went swimming, and played around in the river. They are planning on hiking Dewey Lakes in a few weeks.

How fun!!!! That is so awesome!!! It looks like that they had a great time!!!! Sure do miss you guys!!!! Did you get a hold of Katy? For all the stuff for the cook out? I hope everything went well. : )

Wow! What a good dad! If I remember right though, Ephraim LOVES fishing and outdoorsey stuff. :) The kids look so happy!
