Since it has been awhile (like 3 months) I guess I better update.  This summer was pretty fun.  The last day of school we headed to Utah.  My sister Camie flew up and drove with us.  It was a good thing too.  She did most the driving.  While in Utah we played, visited, and played some more.  Katelynn was able to go to girls camp with Alysha and her ward and then with Hannah and her ward.  The 4th of July was a blast.  Parade and carnival during the day.  Barbecue at Kelly and Erin's for dinner and then music and a chalk throw at the ball field.  Because of all the fires around Moroni at the time, fireworks were cancelled.  We stayed in Utah about a month.  On the way home, we met Julie and some of her family at Lagoon for the day.  Wicked is definitely my favorite ride EVER!!!!  Ephraim liked Wicked as well.  Katelynn liked the Spider and Jenna liked the dragon and music express.  It was a fun but tiring day.  We got home on a Friday night and the kids were scheduled to leave on Monday for scout camp and girls camp.  The weekend was a bit crazy.  On Sunday, Katelynn started to have some pain in her abdomen.  We were concerned about it so decided to keep her home from camp.  Luckily it ended up being nothing.  She was sad to miss camp though.  Ephraim had a good time at scout camp and was able to earn 3 merit badges.   August just brought lots of play.  The zoo, the park, and the beach were all on the schedule.  Along with cross country practice and band camp for Ephraim.  While all of this summer craziness was happening, big E was enjoying his new job fishing.  He was catching big halibut and meeting lots of interesting people.  Dylann was kind of just along for the ride.  She is so happy.  More to come about her in a later post.  Sorry there are no pics to post.  My camera is full, but someone moved my cord (insert angry eyebrows and a growl).  Hopefully if I find it I can edit this post and add some later.
